How not to suck during a Board of Directors meeting, Management meeting, Press conference or Investor meeting and be ready for the most unpredictable questions. The technology of the mind mastery

The human desire for perfection and respect can drive us insane; nevertheless we all want to be perceived as competent, knowledgeable, “in control”. As silly as it is, the nature of a conditioned brain that is functioning in the era of commerce and technology, can not be denied. That’s on the subject of our personal ego-driven contractions.

On another hand in a highly competitive economy there is more demand from a company side for its executives to be able to recycle more and more information. What do you do under such pressure? You have only 24 hours a day for work and life.

You probably have your own tricks and tactics of prioritizing information (paying attention to one document while disregarding another) and then faking answers when you just can’t catch the right one – don’t we all do it once in a while? But how do we feel afterwards, how does it contribute to our sense of inner truth?

In this short article I want to share with you my own personal strategy to maintain loyalty to the truth. I will call it a preventive method against unwanted questions :-) The beauty of it – for a change it has nothing to do with the technology (software and hardware – unless referring to our brain as such). We will speak about the technology of the mind mastery.

On more serious note it is simple a golden opportunity to know all you need about your industry and your competition, develop a personal knowledge base that includes numbers, historical data, case studies, theories and anything you ever want to load into your brain.

In the last few years I have being managing 2 young companies (CPA (Pay Per deal) advertising network and innovation community portal with its extension as enterprise software solution for investor relations professionals) that target different verticals and based on concepts that revolve around different industries and require different knowledge foundation. Therefore the demand for absorption of a wide range of information is incredible.

So, here is what has been my recent poison – I started to practice a subliminal photographic reading that goes way beyond speed reading and suggest you considering it to expand your own abilities. The instrument requires time to master it, but afterwards it’s a tool that has limitless horizons.

Here are some videos that you might be interested to see. Besides the fact that Richard obviously is selling his own workshops and methodology, the information and statistics provided in his 11 Youtube videos are quite interesting.

I have never bought any seminars so you can relax knowing that I am not selling you anything here :-) – from all you might know about me after graduating from the academy I became a self-learner. I question every educational method, every theory and require an inner verification. In another word, I suck at following. I rather enjoy reinventing the wheels and most of the time it’s always some new interesting looking wheel.

But take this information and experiment. See what works for you, what doesn’t.

So, what attracted me in a subliminal photographic reading? Well, let me tell you how I integrated it in my own daily routine and it’s up to you to decide why I am evangelizing it.

  • When I reflect on a new strategic or tactical move I set a list of questions that might need clarification to produce more accurate decision.
  • Late in evening if no parties are scheduled LOL I go to a bookstore or a library and select 5-10 books that might have required information coverage.
  • I sit in a quiet corner and take myself to the Alpha state (slow down my brain activities).
  • Then I load the books content by mentally “photographing” each page. The process requires preliminary practice to develop a certain ways your eyes focus on pages. In average I read 10 books (200 pages each) in about 20 mins.
  • After 30 mins of “hard work” (sensing the irony here?) I am back home, prepare a bubble bath, and while enjoying it I mentally repeat the questions that need clarification from the source other then my conscious mind. As I do it, I mentally turn photographed pages.
  • Then I spend couple hours writing or handling email correspondence… or distracting myself with movies, a drink with a friend or whatever comes.
  • Right before sleep, while in a bed, I again load my subconscious mind with the questions that need answers, and request an easy access to the information as I need it.

You can combine it with EFT, NLP, mantras, affirmations or any other self-programming tools for manipulating your subconscious mind and accessing information “stored” there. There is a method behind each madness. :-)

To summarize it all, I believe that subconscious mind can provide the degree of guidance that exceeds capacities of conscious mind.

Regular reading methods that we were unfortunate enough to learn in school, are extremely inefficient. It takes time to read, and the information comprehension and retention levels are pretty low. From the business stand point – bad [time] investment.

Speed reading decreases time required to absorb the information, and slightly increases both comprehension and retention. It’s a better investment.

You might be surprised to know that various studies seem to confirm that at reading speed of 1-2 pages per second both comprehension and retention improve significantly. Weather the stats are accurate or not, the opportunities that this discoveries offer is incredible.

Just don’t make a mistake that many newbies make – try it once and wonder why it doesn’t work. As any skill it requires mastery. Any habit needs at least 20 days time frame to be adopted by the body and the mind.

And of course don’t expect to consciously access the data that you loaded in your brain during photo-reading, or you might be disappointed. All I get from the method is the opportunity to access the information when I need it. That’s all it is good for. There are no free lunches out there. :-)

Now take it and run… And be an info-star in other people eyes, but never forget – no matter what they think you ARE a star… with unexplored potentials… of the mind, the body… and the most importantly – the pure and compassionate heart! Always remember…
